Hillary says: When I try to move a user from one study room to another using the edit feature on the staff side, it appears to work but then the change doesn't show up on the calendar (or maybe it didn't really work).

This is a "bug" introduced in the updated forms. The original design called for not being able to change the room assignment with an "Edit" because changing the room was really creating a new reservation.

Should we change this so that we can edit room assignments? or should we change the edit for so that it isn't an option (like it was originally)?

My thought would be to remove Edit as an option, because how often is this being encountered? A couple times a year?

It is used regularly, from my understanding. It is a back-end feature, only available for administrators.

This is a perfect instance where we could apply your enhancement validation process you created, or use UX service mapping, to determine how and why this is occurring. Do the librarians need the room, is it because of no-shows, how many times does this occur a semester, why is this occurring at all, etc.
