炮姐以前写过一个自动安装程序，现在在 demo/tools/setup.cpp。

需要对其进行改进，以支持新版 Visual Studio 和各种 IDE，包括 Dev-C++ 和 CodeBlocks。

实现了自动安装工具 #106 就更容易推进了，因为不用担心用户弄混 32 位和 64 位库。
