Signal Default Values

@xR3b0rn I am looking into setting default values for the signals in my DBC file. I am creating a custom DBC based on data provided by a customer.

I this in my DBC

I am trying to get that initial value of 159. I believe that is a SignalType which is returned from
DBCPPP_API const dbcppp_SignalType* dbcppp_ValueTableSignalType(const dbcppp_ValueTable* value_table);

I am attempting to use this but my number of value tables is 0. I am basing this off of you vehicle.dbc and I am unsure which piece I am missing.
