Parse and return Arena title in the personal-data request

For some players the FIDE ratings page shows an Online Arena title. This is optional and may not be present.
A player may have (as an example):

FIDE title: None
Online Arena: Arena FIDE Master

This information is useful to chess tournament organisers as players may wish to have their Arena title displayed in the pairing and results data.
