Execute the following command from the terminal:

gcloud functions deploy ru-proverb \
    --region=us-central1 \
    --entry-point=main \
    --runtime=python37 \
    --trigger-http \
    --memory=1024M \
    --allow-unauthenticated \
    --project="${GCP_PROJECT_ID}"
