xaprc001_prov_defconfig isn't minimal

The provisioning configuration was copied from xaprc001_dev_defconfig and includes items that are not necessary for the provisioning software. We want this configuration to be minimal so remove anything that isn't necessary to boot initramfs and expose the TPM.

• Remove unnecessary items from linux_prov.config in board config

• Remove unnecessary items from initramfs_overlay in board config

• Remove unnecessary options from xaprc001_prov_defconfig
