Hi, I see that PlayReady is supported under Android, but not under Windows.
I was just wondering if there are plans to support PlayReady 3 in Windows.

Having PlayReady 3 support in Windows would presumably lead to plugins being able to stream 4k HDR content from streaming subscriptions like Netflix and Disney+ under Windows, just like we can already do when using Edge (Chromium).

would be nice,
it is necessary to develop a dedicated ISA interface for windows systems
to allow communication with Windows API

but is needed new volunteer developers...

Likewise on netflix a separate MSL service adaptation is required, and after i need to have some users who help in 4k testing with suitable hardware

I don't know about the development part, but I do have hardware capable of playing 4K HDR (Dolby Vision) when there is stuff to be tested.

The only thing that I have never gotten to work is Dolby Vision from Windows. But 4K, HDR and Atmos work when I use the browser or the dedicated Windows Store app for Netflix.

So I would be able to help test when this gets implemented in IA and Netflix plugin.
