Dismissable helper card re-appears when closed

If the user dismisses the card by clicking the X, it should store this choice in localStorage for repeat visits

Loading screen should remain until after Enter URL screen is shown

After granting authorization and redirecting back to feed, the loading screen vanishes, shows the old login Login link + text and then abruptly shows the proper Suggest URL.
