Model Zoo (we generally first implement USP and then PipeFusion for a new model)

  • SD3.5

Parallelism

  • FSDP (saving VRAM memory of parameters)
  • PipeFusion for CogVideoX, Mochi and HunyuanVideo (Their structure is similar), which can save memory.

Scheduler

  • Decouple VAE and DiT backbone. They can have different parallel degree or place on distinct computing devices.

Single GPU Optimization

Quantization

  • SVDQuant (Seems it only support Flux.1)

Offloading

  • Flux.1 parameter CPU offloading during inference
