Add ability to define multiple sites in one vm (not multisite) #78

As we start to use the features workflow more and more, it would be nice to have a separate local test site on the same vm. The second site would be used to test the deployment of features. It could also be used to test drush-drupal.

Currently, we have to set up a second vm for this purpose. That takes time and is a drain on system resources.

Currently, the site name comes from the host. We'll need to figure out a good way to specify the site names separate from the host name.
