Cannot reinstall Dokan Library 0.60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://dokan-dev.net/en/download/ and click on Dokan-0.6.0
2. Save binary file and attempt to run the installer
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

To be able to install Dokan 0.6.0. Get error stating that I need to uninstall 
previous version and restart computer to run installer.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Operating on Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

I thought I had installed the library incorrectly and so I uninstalled and 
deleted all associated folders. I restarted as directed, three times to no 
avail.
