[Bug]: Cannot remove users from private room

• What is the current behavior?
  After creating a private room and inviting users to it, it's impossible to delete the room, as it's also impossible to remove users from it

1. Create a private room
2. Invite users to the private room
3. Try to delete private room

• What is the expected behavior?
  There should be a way to remove users from a private room you created, alternatively, it should be possible to delete the room without first removing every invited member.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
  Not being able to remove/delete private rooms will clutter the website with rooms no one wants/needs
