功能描述

navidrome支持在文件夹中创建.ndignore文件以忽略当前文件夹及子目录，是否可以在转码成功后，创建一个子文件夹，将原始音频文件移动进去，并在该文件夹创建.ndignore；或者在转码完成后，将原始音频文件移动至特定目录

后续在开发这个功能，现在还在搞 lts 版本
