不支持shadow blur

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 运行demo
2. 点击Shadow
3. 把所有水平滑杆控件都拉到最右侧

What is the expected output?

应该是类似 Picture 4 中所示，阴影有blur效果。

What do you see instead?

如 Picture 3 所示，无blue效果。

QtWebKit目前不支持shadow 
blur，[https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34479 
这个bug]已经assign，在进展中。

用 WebKit-r68242 编译了一个新 QtWebKit.framework ，(下载 
http://code.google.com/p/onering-desktop/downloads/detail?name=QtWebKit.framewor
k-r68242.tar.bz2&can=2&q=#makechanges ) ，text 
shadow的blur可以正常渲染了，但是区域shadow的blur仍然没有。继
续等。

同时发现先 range input control 的渲染也有问题。 bug 在这里

Qt-4.7下和WebKit-r68242表现一致。
