如果在 rpc_worker 中的 from_queue 指定为某个exchange， 这个exchange 有别于默认sneakers 的配置， 但是生成的reply 的exchange 还是默认的sneakers 配置的 exchange。
如果支持传一个Sneakers publisher 对象进去，或者支持在Packer 中配置独立的Sneakers 的 configuration就ok
