Button "TYPO3\CMS\Backend\Template\Components\Buttons\LinkButton" is not valid #42

When clicking on "open manual," the modal displays the error: Button "TYPO3\CMS\Backend\Template\Components\Buttons\LinkButton" is not valid.

The error seems to be caused by an empty target in ManualController.php line 218
