结合vue时使用，resetload无限问题。 #117

如果使用autoload 在第一次加载数据时，在dom刷新前会调用resetload。而此时dom上实际是没有元素的。导致一个无限循环。会立刻加载所有数据。

使用nexttick可以决绝这个问题

我觉得有必要在readme中做提醒。
