Remove required field -- RFID when validating form @ /#/signup/* (view of a signup). Amanada can't approve members.

…te the packages which meant removing grunt for some reasons, didn't have much time to add grunt back in, also cleaned up the signup model as payments were not being saved, BugFix: #26
