第一次进入web后，在web调起原生，后在原生再次调起web后崩溃。self.delegates。

错误信息：
Completion handler passed to -[_WKWebViewDelegateDispatcher webView:decidePolicyForNavigationAction:decisionHandler:] was called more than once

崩溃位置：JXBWebViewNetworkInterceptor.m 第50行
