Thanks for the suggestion, I originally wanted to make it possible to control switching presets externally, either by midi CC messages or by utilizing unused black keys. See #3
But I don't know when I have time to implement this feature.

As a workaround presets could be controlled externally by the host itself by switching plugin's audio parameters. I'm not sure, but it seemed Cantabile could assign keys to switch different vst presets.
