移动和编辑、标号问题 #68

截图进行矩形、箭头、文字等编辑操作后，再编辑或移动时，需要鼠标放到对象上1秒多后才激活操作，慢且不说，并且文字的激活默认是修改文字，不方便进行移动，另外，文字的默认字号太大了
是否可以修改一下编辑方法，可以直接选中图形和文字对象，方便编辑

标号工具的默认效果也较大，并且箭头是对着右下方，旋转箭头时会标号圆形会缩放，结果造成所有的标号对象尺寸不一样大
是否可以设置一个阀值，实现旋转标号对象时不缩放大小，鼠标拖拉一定范围后，才对标号对象尺寸再进行缩放
