Get Current Index in Example TableChildExampleViewController

Hi,
i ve read several issues but did not manage to get the currentindex inside the loaded viewcontrollers.
Im playing around with the example with the InstagramExampleViewController.
When click on tab, i would like to retrieve tab index it inside TableChildExampleViewController and reload my data.

Ive read #405 #446 #319 and many other issues.
