Loading

To allow something like

function m (bar) {
  return ltx`<foo bar='${bar}'>`
}
m(undefined)

to return <foo/>

maybe even

function m (bar) {
  return ltx`<foo><${bar}/></foo>`
}
m(undefined)

to return <foo/>
