R3 not showing up in package manager #324

R3 has been added by #316 but it does not showing up in package manager and /-/all API endpoint.

Nor do any of the other packages added after that (#322 and #319)

Until I don't make a new release, the PRs of the packages that are currently merged in master will not appear.

Every time I do it, the registry stays down for several hours because it has to generate everything from scratch, so I wait until there are several PRs for a new release.

Thank you for updating the service. I was able to install R3 from the package manager.
