Now it's way more easy to setup listeners for common commands like: /start, /help, or /settings

Here's how to:

  bot.start((ctx) => ctx.reply("Hello!"));
  bot.settings((ctx) => ctx.reply("Settings"));
  bot.help((ctx) => ctx.reply("Help"));

Note that the bot.start method is also used to start polling.
