  1. 建议 withfilename指定的日志文件改为 withfiledir来指定日志目录。
  2. 建议主日志写入的文件不要带上日志，切割后的日志可以带上日期。
  3. 支持归档压缩配置，能保留更久的日志，防止磁盘空间清理。
