Feature Request: Mousai integration

In this world, there is a wonderful AudD client for GNOME called Mousai. I'm requesting an API (via D-Bus or so) that allows external apps to search and play tracks/playlists and especially open a track with track position(offset?). This will be useful for Mousai issue(listed below) when it will be added.

Maybe if I finally get around to implementing #326 most of this should be covered (the MPRIS interface allows seeking the track already). Interesting idea!
