Tool that will interactively scan the contents of an HSDS resource bundle - serialized as a Tabular data package - validate the resources and visualize the results.

Thanks Greg, if it is validating against the formal HSDS specification, and in particular checking for the presence of good data in required fields and objects, and conformance to data types, it sounds like what I have been suggesting!
