Shortcut to toggle mode. #79

It would be great if I can toggle this extension without using mouse.

This shouldn't be too hard to add. The toolbar action just needs to be added as a shortcut as well: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/reference/commands/

I'll have another look at this later when I have some more free time.
