All the application's pages are protected by the licence from being modified by non-superadmin users.

However, the template provider is not exactly a script page, the admin of the wiki may need to modify the template provider to restrict the trees where the diagram documents are to be created, or to disable the standard provider to replace it with a custom one.

Thus, the template provider should be marked as content or demo, not protected by the license.
