Some shapes make the PDF export show an empty page

It appears this issue is related to the shapes that were missing in #182

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or edit a diagram
2. Add in the diagram any of the shapes mentioned in ticket 182 eg. Active Directory, Azure
3. Click on Save
4. Click on File > Export as > PDF... > Export > Open in New Window or Download
5. Click on Save & View
6. Click on More actions > Export > Export as PDF > Deselect all options > Export

Expected results: All the selected icons are visible in both exports.

Actual results:

1. In the File export the icons are not loaded
   

2. In the export from More actions the whole diagram is not shown at all when any of this icons are used
   

Environment: Windows 10, XWiki 13.4.5, Chrome 96, Diagram Application (Pro) 1.17.1
