May be worth grabbing the latest version automatically

I've been looking into this, and annoyingly there's no /latest or similar on osqueries s3 bucket but with some bash we could grab the latest version, the question would then be when would you want osquery to update, do you want me to implement this? :)

Hi @agnosticlines ! The cause is simple - stability. Feel free to fork this repo and rename it to xxh-shell-osquery-latest.
