not sure if it's a leak but creating backtraces increases memory usage for 2-3 module reloads and then it stops increasing

// repro, same with backtrace crate, backtrace::clear_symbol_cache() doesn't help
let backtrace = std::backtrace::Backtrace::force_capture();
let _ = format!("{backtrace}");

test it on windows
