how to add "click ID "http://example-url.com" interaction

Hi team,

I wanted to be able to click on an ID in the flowchart and have it redirect to a logseq page url.

Im not a coder or have much experience, so I was wondering is there a way to add this clickable link interaction in a mermaid flowchart?

If so, please let me know how, I would greatly appreciate any advice or help.
