What is the required work? I've been through the site but I don't see what I would have to do here !

This is certainly an interesting one, and I'm not sure what the best approach would be. I'm not sure how widespread OWIN sendfile support is. At the most simple, I would imagine that a proposal for a simple function/syntax for calling the appropriate OWIN key/functions would be step 1. What's your potential use case for this? Happy to try and work with you on a good solution if you've got a need we can solve together :)
