When capturing a PS1 screenshot, it's really messed up. I have no idea if that's a pngshot issue or expected with PS1 games (or just something weird with Symphony of the Night).

Same, i searched and found the solution and it worked for me

you will need to play your games on stretched mode but I find it fine
Note : the problem isnt in the plugin its in the emulator itself

Here's a workaround:

Adrenaline menu.

  • Open the Adrenaline menu, press R to go to the Settings section, and set “graphics filtering” to “Sharp Bilinear Simple ( No Scanlines )”. In my experience, this also makes it necessary to open the official settings to turn off bilinear filtering if that is desired.
  • If using Adrenaline Bubble Manager, set the PS button for your PS1 bubbles to open the Adrenaline menu rather than the LiveArea. I can't rightly recall whether this is strictly necessary, but I seem to remember that it helped.

Result:

Robbit Mon Dieu, in all its glory.
