I've noticed that the stream is not 100% smooth, it kinda have some fps drops during the stream, it's like 99% great, but there's some micro stuttering / lose of 60fps.
This doesn't happen to me in moonlight android using my phone.
I've tried overclocking the Vita as I thought it could be an underpowering thing when rendering the video but that didn't help.

Any idea of what could it be? Are you aware of that? I can make a video if you want.

A side questions, does the vita support h265? The current stream is h264 only, right? h265 could greatly help the vita if it supports it.

Adding a video here to make it clearer...
What I tried to describe above happens at 7sec, 24sec, that micro-stutter / jerkyness.

my setting is

Resolution: 1280x720
FPS: 30 or 60
Bitrate: 2000 or 3000
Change graphical game settings for performance: yes
Enable reference frame invalidation: no
Enable stream optimization: yes
Enable frame pacer: yes

but IDK reason, I didn't get micro stutters

it's not a problem of internet connection, even at 960x544 30fps 1mb bitrate my streaming is not smooth, in the laptop it works well 1080p 150mb bitrate

I tried the 0.6.0 version and now it's much better, but it's still not perfect, the problem with this version is that after 15/10 the commands become slow and it's impossible to play to fix, I have to go back to the moonlight menu and go back to game every 15 seconds

then, Release 0.6.0 fluid video but slow controls after a few seconds

Release 0.6.1 fluid controls but horrendous frame-pacing
