Problem after reinstalling Windows

NVidia Geforce Experience version: 3.27.0.112

Vita Moonlight version: 0.9.3

Vita Moonlight running on: PSVita [1000]

I reinstalled Windows the other day and decided to use moonlight again. I downloaded GeForce Experience, turned on sheald, launched moonlight on ps vita, tried to establish a connection, entered 4 digits, the device appeared in the list. But when I connect to it again, instead of a list of games, it asks me to make a pair again, I enter four digits again and gives an error -
9 The client is not authorized. Certificate verification failed.
