For games that have built-in controller re-mapping, this is a non-issue. There is also Steam Input I suppose, but when that isn't in use, there then is seemingly no option to remap Moonlight controls.

Just started streaming Just Cause 3, but trying to play with triggers being on the rear touchpad is...
