Bug

The log level filter list box does not fully expand to utilize the available height, even when the browser viewport has sufficient space to accommodate it. As shown in below screenshot:

Windows 11 23H2
Microsoft Edge: Version 131.0.2903.86 (Official build) (64-bit)

Reproduction steps

1. Load the log viewer with a demo file: http://localhost:3010/?filePath=https://yscope.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/sample-logs/yarn-ubuntu-resourcemanager-ip-172-31-17-135.log.1.clp.zst
2. Resize browser window to 650 x 300.
3. Click the "Log Level" button in the lower-right corner and observe the selection list box is shown but not fully expanded.
