Removing "I agree to terms and conditions" still allows login #2

I cleared the "I agree to terms and conditions" check box and clicked "Sign in with Yammer"

It allowed me to log in. So nice to not be constrained by any sort of pesky policies!

Chrome on Mac OS X.
