Issue with footprints and symbol libraries path changing after kikit panelize

When running kikit, the panelize function works as instructed but the file path substitutions are changing so the libaries are all unlinked. This is causing the schematic and components to disappear after panelizing. Running either through CLI or GUI produces the same results.

Hi, what path is exactly wrong? The KIPRJMOD variable always points to the project's location (it actually means "current project directory"). It is automatically generated.

Could you elaborate more on "components disappear" after panelizing? Where and how do you observe such behavior?

Steps to reproduce (note, I've running from a google drive folder now but have been on local drive until now with the same issue. It seems it's creating a temp folder in /appdata/local but when I go to that directory, no such folder exists.

Save PCB design

Create new project in same folder as PCB to panelize, named "panel"
Open *panel
Run Panelizer, completes without error BUT all librarie paths are unlinked and some features seem to be missing, i.e filled zones are most obvious.
