Add short version of `yarn workspace` #3224

Using yarn workspace <package-name> <command> is too long for frequently usage. Can we have the short version of yarn workspace command?

Example:

yarn w package-name add react
yarn wk package-name add react
yarn wk-add package-name react
or anything else
