How to convert from v1 to v3

My older working code:

.addEntry('js/holderjs', './node_modules/holderjs/holder.min.js')
.addEntry('js/app', './assets/lib/app.js')
.addStyleEntry('fonts/fortawesome', '@fortawesome/fontawesome-free/css/all.min.css')

In this , fontawesome and app works. But for holderjs I get error

"undefined" contains a reference to the file "./node_modules/holderjs/holder.min.js".
This file can not be found, please check it for typos or update it if the file got moved.

Yes, there is not './node_modules/' folder, but I have '.yarn' folder.

How to solve this guys, help me. There is no documentation in yarn website (or may be I can't find it by googling)
