Is there a plan to merge yarn.config.cjs and .yarnrc.yml?

Just curious. For me it's a little confusing that we have a multiple configuration files for single package manager. Maybe we can make yarn.config.cjs as a new config place and merge every available options from .yarnrc.yml, right? Or vice versa.
