Report VDisk space consumption through metrics

We need to have possibility to report space consumed by user blobs in VDisk metrics:

1. Number of bytes actually stored (including log)
2. Number of bytes that would be stored after full compaction (we run some compaction strategy periodically, it can calculate this without any problem)
3. How much space we can gain when running full compaction and defragmentation
