Read RSS from partner sites

It may be possible to read RSS feeds to get information regarding benefits. The problem with this approach is every feed would have a different schema, which would make it difficult to add new partner sites. In addition, if the partner schema ever changes, we may run into problems. If there was some sort of a benefits spec, we could build on top of that to make this possible.
