使用QGIS插件来实现，shp文件和图像文件的坐标系转换，支持wgs84、gcj02、bd09坐标系之间的转换，支持文件格式*.shp、*.jpeg、*.jpg、*.png、*.tif、*.tiff，推荐矢量数据使用shp格式，栅格数据使用png格式。
