Android平台播放本地视频无法seek，调用seekTo方法后，自动跳到开始重新播放。
视频由cntv直播下载的多个*.ts文件合并而来，用系统自带视频播放器、爱奇艺，搜狐等视频的播放器播放可以正常使用。
