Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

When creating a publisher ROP via TAB menu in another network, like in Solaris press TAB, choose "Create USD" it auto-selects the ROP which (unless you have the pane tab pinned) it will take the user out of their current network which is annoying.

How would you imagine the implementation of the enhancemenent?
